AMAZING ATTORNEY
I have no regrets hiring Mark, and would not hesitate to hire him again. He's very sharp, knows the law, and his way around the Galveston Courts. He did an excellent job for me while in the middle of the pandemic.

THE AMAZING LAWYER THAT TEXAS NEEDS
Mr. Metzger was able to get my case dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Being wrongfully accused by a law Enforcment officer is very disheartening, and hurtful. Mr. Metzger was able to clear my good name and reaffirm my faith in the judicial system. There are a lot of good police officers out there but, there are also a lot of bad one with ill intent.

CASE DISMISSED!!!!
Similar to a lot of stories I've heard today, I am a male, I called the police because I was assaulted, and I went to jail for assault family violence... Mark is a very vehement proponent to the justice system and in particular men's rights. From the very beginning of walking into his office, I felt like I had an advocate on my side who would ensure that justice was served..that is priceless when is in person faces the justice system. Today is September 1st 2023 and my case was dismissed... I cannot tell you how grateful I am to Mr. Metzger for his legal expertise and for his proficient and kind handling of my case. Hands down the best lawyer(highest dismissal rate)
I got into a situation in Galveston and the consequences weren’t looking good. After talking with Mark at his office he was very straight forward and honest about the possible outcomes. It was an easy decision to make after meeting him. He advised me on what to do throughout the case and was very assuring on getting the case dismissed. After a few resets I got a call from Mark saying the case was dismissed!!! The best lawyer on earth
Words can't describe how thankful I am that Mark took my case. Seabrook P.D hit me with some ridiculous charges while at work, then smeared my name all over social media for a week. Mark told me everything was going to be ok, a few days later he absolutely ripped the prosecutor to shreds getting the charges dismissed. If Mark ever decided to run for office I would work his campaign trail for free. This is the kinda man we need to represent Texas on the national stage.

Absolute Miracle Worker
Don’t waste your money going anywhere else. I was arrested for DWI and was referred to Mark through a good friend. I met with Mark and he thoroughly went over the process and next steps. He made no promises but felt confident that my case would not go to trial. We met again at my first court date. He was able to arrange for my subsequent court dates to be on a Friday to accommodate my work schedule. Little did I know at the time, but I wouldn’t see the court or Mark again. He handle all of the court dates without me and in less than a year from my arrest, he called me with the news that he had argued my case and was able to get it DISMISSED! This man knows the courts, the judges, the prosecutors, and the District Attorneys. He’s smart and efficient. He isn’t your typical lawyer, but he is exactly what you need in Galveston county. I plan on never needing a lawyer again, but if I do, Mark will get the call without a moment of hesitation. I’m forever grateful.

I can’t rave enough about this man. He was efficient, effective, assertive, and an absolute Godsend. I’ve never been “in trouble” in my life and was completely terrified. He was able to get my case DISMISSED within minutes. I am forever grateful for him.

You Want This Man in Your Corner
Have you ever whooped someone's @ss that really deserved it? I have, many times as a do-goodin' minor growing up in rural east Texas. But only twice as an adult. The first time I was in Air Force basic training. There were zero consequences back then when surrounded by men preparing for war. The second time, much later, I dropped a menace to society and a poor excuse for a man to the gravel where he belonged. The law, instead of thanking me for my help, pressed for charges against me and let the fool sleep off his drunken felony in the comfort of his home. At least for the first night... The next three nights he was free to sleep it off in the comfort of a hospital bed. (The bloodied one knew he was wrong and did not press for charges). I spent a night in jail without a day in court all because an elected official (Forget his name.... Judge Jack Dreddy or something like that) misunderstood the saying, "justice is blind". I was alleged to have committed "Assault with Bodily Injury". I was inclined to challenge the DA to a manly duel, but I was informed that that is not actually a legal option. Sad... Thankfully, I was encouraged by a family member to hire Mr. Mark Metzger to defend me. Our current justice system may be blind, but Mr. Mark Metzger is not. I don't know what happened in the courtroom, because I wasn't there. Mark was there... He just notified me when it was dropped....

Mark is an absolute bulldog that gets the job done!
I was charged with interfering with a public servant. After speaking with the judge he told me that I could face up to 180 days in jail and at that time I knew I had a problem and needed professional representation. I called Mark explained what happened he looked up the charge and wanted the case. After he explained to me what the police officers did wrong and what he was going to do it was like a ton bricks was lifted off my shoulders. After he spoke with the judge on the first court date he got it dismissed with no probable cause. Without his knowledge of the law there’s no telling how long this could have gone on. He’s absolute greatest!

DUI
I’ve heard of this lawyer all over Galveston and the Houston area for years so it was kind of a no brainer. He is a gentle giant with a strong hand. He’s skills are like automatic. In seconds he already knows what to do and he follows through. He is trustworthy and precise. Honestly his worth can not be measured. I was proud to call him my lawyer. I’ve never seen anything like it. He knows the ins and outs of court and he will protect you and take the stress away. Devil Dog of a lawyer
I was charged with a misdemeanor B and never ever had any priors due to being a service member in the military. My military career and benefits was in jeopardy.
